Non-Chemical Seasoning 🌱

Stage 1: Upto 21 days of non-stop 24x7 controlled drying process in a closed drying chamber with regulated temperature and humidity to remove moisture and carbohydrates from sap wood.

Stage 2: Multiple-layers of hand planing and ultra-fine surface smoothening, followed by another 48 hours of drying. This process naturally seals the dense wood's surface to give you water-repellent finish that is highly resistant to deep knife cuts.

This Kiln dry seasoning method super-conditions the board, maximizing its durability and giving it the best protection against splitting, breakage and moisture damage.
